How do I exchange an item?

If something doesn't quite fit how you would like it to, you can exchange it for a different size in the same product (stock allowing). Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will despatch the exchanged product back to you free of charge. 

We advise you use a tracked parcel service when returning your item. We cannot be held responsible for your package until it has been received by us.

Alternatively, you can request a self return through our website and we will upload a Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked returns label at the cost of £3.29. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount unless stated otherwise. 

Help! I have a faulty item.

First of all we are extremely sorry about this - rigorous quality assurance procedures are in place to minimise this event. If you have received a faulty item then please email support@scrbs.co.uk with full details of the item, including colour and size. We often ask for photos in these circumstances so please supply these if appropriate. We aim to respond to queries within 1-2 working days.
