Returns
You have 14 days from when you receive your order to get any item(s) back to us. For further help and support regarding returns please email support@scrbs.co.uk. We aim to respond to queries within 1-2 working days.
Please where possible use the Returns Portal located in the footer of the home page. This is the quickest and easiest way to organise a return/exchange
If you are having difficulties with the above please email support@scrbs.co.uk with your order details.
Any products sold in the outlet section of the site are not eligible for a return/refund unless deemed to be faulty.
How do I exchange an item?
If something doesn't quite fit how you would like it to, you can exchange it for a different size in the same product (stock allowing). Please head to the Returns Portal located in the footer of the home page to organise a return. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will despatch the exchanged product back to you free of charge.
We advise you use a tracked parcel service when returning your item. We cannot be held responsible for your package until it has been received by us.
All items must be in unworn condition.
How do I return an item?
Please where possible use the Returns Portal located in the footer of the home page. This is the quickest and easiest way to organise a return. Once the return has been approved we will upload a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour returns label. Simply print this and attach it to your return before posting it back to us. We will deduct £3.59 from the expected refund to cover the cost of this process.
We cannot be held responsible for your package until it has been received by us.
If you do not wish to use the returns portal then please email us at support@scrbs.co.uk for further instruction. You are responsible for the full cost of any return unless otherwise stated by us.
All items must be in unworn condition. Please enclose your order packing slip to ensure the correct return is processed.

Help! I have a faulty item.
First of all we are extremely sorry about this - rigorous quality assurance procedures are in place to minimise this event. If you have received a faulty item then please email support@scrbs.co.uk with full details of the item, including colour and size. We often ask for photos in these circumstances so please supply these if appropriate. We aim to respond to queries within 1-2 working days.
